Company with tradition

Our family patisserie-bakery „Filipinka” was founded in 1963 by Jan Tabiński and today is run by successive generations of the family. It is located in the old quarter of Szczecin – Pogodno, on the corner of Witkiewicza and Konopnickiej streets.

We specialize in baked goods prepared with traditional methods, we use only natural ingredients with high nutritional value. We have a green certificate – a significant part of our production are certified organic products. Our products can also be bought in an eco-shop located nearby the bakery.

Our prestigious specialty are hand-decorated gingerbreads, baked on the basis of a pre-war traditional recipe from Szczecin. Thanks to our efforts and the invaluable help of Westpomeranian Marshal’s Office, this cakes have been inscripted on the list of traditional regional products in Westpomeranian Privince, which is held by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Hand decoration is made by a team of talented and experienced decorators, who can conjure up truly magical drawings of icing. Each brownie is a small work of art that requires time, precision and a masterly hand.

Throughout the year, in the patisserie “Filipinka” you can stock up on gingerbreads in traditional shapes and other models of our full-year offer. We also prepare designs for various occasions of the year and special gingerbreads on request.

Besides Pogodno, we can be found on many fairs and exhibitions, where we promote and present our traditional pastries with passion.
