Probably some of you remember that once, not so long ago, gingerbread were decorated by sticking to them the paper illustrations. This weekend we came across an exhibition of such decorations and forms at the Bread Museum in Ustka. We recommend this very interesting place! Apart from the exhibition dedicated to gingerbread it posses the vast amount of unique exhibits, equipment, utensils, tools and everything related to our profession. The museum has also a collection of photos, postcards and graphics related to baking over the centuries.
